Jacksonville's Tall Ship Festival

The Jacksonville's tall ship festival sailed into downtown Jacksonville on the river walk and went out with a bang. The beautiful tall ships were on display from the Hyatt Regency hotel past the Landing and ended at the Times Union Center. The tall ships were amazing to view and this year the tall ship "Bounty" was on display for anyone to see at no cost. The "Bounty" is a replica tall ship that was used in the film "Pirates of the Caribbean." Pirates, parrots and land lovers all came together for a weekend of fun and finished with a spectacular fireworks display.

In todays market, we all know that price and condition sells houses. I was interested in an article I read on which rehabs recouped the most money. I was surprised.
